Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Widya Mandala Surabaya Catholic University delightfully present International Food Conference 2021 (IFC 2021). IFC is a conference carried on once every five years since 2011. The topics of this year’s IFC will emphasize the role of food as one essential contributors to the combat against COVID 19. The scopes of the conference are s food availability, food process and product development, fermented food, functional food, probiotics and gut health, and other food-related topics.
IFC 2021 invite prominent name in the field of food and nutrition research to share their knowledge and research findings, therefore we encourage academia, researcher, industry, and student to participate and broaden our horizon by sharing insight on the development of food related research especially dealing with the pandemic situation all over the world.
IFC 2021 will be held on November 3rd, 2021. Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 pandemic, this year’s IFC will be conducted in the form of virtual (online) conference. We are looking forward to welcoming you to the IFC 2021.
